How it is crafted
Mattress making: An art and a science
Gel
An added layer of gel in the mattress to dissipate body heat and offer cooler sleep, while assisting with pressure relief.
Bonnell Coil
Bonnell springs are knotted, round-top, hourglass-shaped steel-wire coils, which increases their load resistance. Modern coils feature more “turns” than in the past, making them very durable when combined with a heavier wire gauge.
Quilting
The quilting process creates peaks and valleys on the mattress surface, so that the comfort and support stay uniform and don't shift or diminish over time.
